Installation

Installation

The Compressor Controller comes as a Do It Yourself kit that allows you to cater the form and functionality to your specific business situation. The enclosure does not come with the kit and some of the auxiliary functions require additional components such as valves and fans. Make certain that you have all of the necessary components for the functionality that you desire prior to installation.

  1. Once you have found the appropriate enclosure for your compressor, it must be prepared and mounted
  2. Remove the existing pressure switch. Leave the safety pressure release valve and pressure gauge in place
  3. Install the pressure sensor
  4. Install the temperature sensor
  5. Install the Vent, Normally Open Valve
  6. Install the Drainage, Normally Closed Valve
  7. A fan can be installed for faster compressor pump cooling
  8. Wire all sensors, low voltage parts, the power supply to the Compressor Controller, and relays.
  9. Connect the power source to the compressor and turn it on.
  10. Now, go back to work. The Compressor Controller is fully operational. You can forget about your air compressor unless alerted by the buzzer.
