Downstream pipe integrity control :Continuous monitoring of pressure, overheating, unusual air demand, etc. provides real time feedback allowing the Compressor Controller immediately respond to an unforeseen event. The system will stop the machinery, record the time of the event and generate an audible alert to indicate that attention is needed.

The Compressor Controller monitors the humidity and temperature of the air as it is compressed and accurately calculates the amount of water in the tank that requires draining. This math driven procedure drains water when it is actually there with minimum air loss, resulting in a better quality of compressed air without unnecessary waste.
