Specifications
Development kit for the SAM solid-state digital liquid level sensor (DL series). The sensor has no moving parts and no open ports. It does not clog, jam, or fail the way float sensors do. Rated life exceeds 10 years. Each unit combines level detection at 1.68" (42.7 mm) resolution with dual integrated temperature sensors. It reports over an I²C digital interface.
Chemically-inert construction suits water tanks through chemical storage. Four standard lengths run from 19.25" to 69.5", with custom lengths available for production orders. The kit includes a Digital Level Development (DLD) interface unit, C libraries, and sample code. Integration typically takes hours, not weeks.
Applies to replacing float systems or upgrading analog sensors where accuracy, lifespan, and zero maintenance matter.
