PUMP SYSTEM CONTROLS

Pump Controls

SAM builds digital pump controllers for systems that run unattended. The line covers water wells, irrigation, sewage lift stations, and wood or pellet boiler circulation. Each controller replaces mechanical pressure-switch and float-relay control with measured control.

A conventional pump setup fails quietly. A float jams. A sump runs dry. An outdoor wellhead freezes. The pump keeps cycling until the impeller or the seal fails. The controllers in this collection detect those conditions and report them.

The SAM Digital Water Pump Controller suits well pumps, irrigation, and light-sewage installs. It adds freeze protection and active fault detection on top of basic start and stop logic. The SAM Sewage Pump Controller adds float-switch fault awareness for wastewater work. It flags a failed float instead of cycling into a sewage backup. The SAM Wood Stove and Boiler Optimization Controller closes the loop on damper, blower, and feed rate. It holds target output and protects against over-temperature and runaway combustion.

Both pump controllers ship pre-wired in an IP67 enclosure. An outdoor install needs no secondary housing. Each one tracks operating hours and cycle count for maintenance planning and warranty claims. Remote monitoring is available as an option. The stove and boiler controller ships as a pre-configured kit and needs no ladder programming.

SAM designs and assembles the pump controllers in Pittsboro, North Carolina. Open a product page for the full datasheet and the specification table.
