Digital sewage pump controller, scoped specifically for wastewater

Pre-wired IP67 controller for sewage and wastewater pump installations. Distinct from the generic water-pump controller by dedicated float-switch fault-awareness logic and sewage-tuned reliability features. Optional remote / wireless monitoring available for installations where silent cycling into a failure is unacceptable.

Why this controller vs. the conventional setup

  • Float-switch fault awareness — detects a jammed or failed float and flags it instead of silently cycling into a sewage backup.
  • Dry-run protection — stops the pump before an empty-sump run damages the impeller or seals.
  • Real-time monitoring — continuous pump-operation tracking so faults surface in real time.
  • IP67 enclosure — rated for sewage-adjacent wet environment.
  • Operating-hour and cycle tracking — for maintenance planning and warranty.
  • Optional remote / wireless monitoring — available as an add-on for lift stations and remote-site installs.

FAQ

How is this different from the standard Digital Water Pump Controller?

The sewage version adds dedicated float-switch fault-awareness logic and reliability features tuned for sewage / wastewater duty cycles. For wells, irrigation, and light-water duty, see the Digital Water Pump Controller.

What lift-station configurations are supported?

The base unit covers single-pump submersible and dry-pit sewage installations. For duplex (lead/lag) lift stations, multi-float topologies, or remote / wireless reporting, contact us — specific configurations may be add-ons or custom.

Are optional remote-monitoring features extra?

Yes — the live-store $1,485 base price includes the controller; remote / wireless monitoring is available as an add-on for installs that need it.

Will this work with my existing float switches?

It supports the typical mechanical and mercury-bulb float topologies used on sewage pumps. Confirm switch count and wiring with us before ordering — we'll match the harness.
