Optimization controller for wood stove, pellet stove, and outdoor wood boiler installations

Bolt-on controller that converts a manual-damper / thermostat-only setup into closed-loop combustion control. Continuously reads the system state and adjusts damper, blower, or feed-rate to hold the target output without the chimney-loss / creosote / overheating tradeoffs of running open-loop. Pre-configured kit — no ladder programming.

Will it work with my specific stove or boiler brand?

The controller is brand-agnostic for the underlying control variables (damper actuator, blower, feed motor, temperature/pressure sensors). For brand-specific compatibility — especially pellet-system auger / ash-removal integration — contact us with your stove/boiler model and we'll confirm fit.

Does it work with hydronic outdoor wood boilers?

Yes. Pressure monitoring on the closed water loop is built in. Confirm pump-control / zone-valve interface with us before ordering.

Will it reduce my fuel use?

Closed-loop combustion control consistently outperforms manual-damper operation on every fuel-loss vector: chimney loss, incomplete combustion, and overheating in mild weather. We don't publish a numeric percentage without source-doc verification — the magnitude depends heavily on your stove, fuel, and operator habits.

Is this a consumer product?

No — this is OEM/installer-grade. Installation requires hands-on wiring, sensor placement, and damper/blower actuator setup. Serious off-grid / wood-heat homeowners with technical skill do install it directly; otherwise plan for an installer.
